Situated near popular attractions such as Marineland, Thalazur, golf courses, beaches, and the charming old towns of Antibes and Biot, our guesthouse provides convenience and relaxation. With secure parking, a refreshing pool, a sprawling 4000m2 garden, and wifi access, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

Our studio, named "Charcoal," boasts a stylish and modern design. Spanning 20 sqm, it has been converted into a cozy guest room featuring a comfortable sofa bed with a latex top mattress that shapes to your body. The bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience. The room is located on the ground floor of the villa, providing easy access to a private terrace adorned with flowers and measuring 16m2. From here, you can enjoy picturesque views of the property's garden and pool.

Start your day off right with our delicious breakfast served in the tranquil garden of the guesthouse. Indulge in unlimited hot drinks such as espresso, tea, or hot chocolate. Savor our homemade jams and jellies, which include delightful flavors like pomegranate, apricot-almond, strawberry, and myrtle. Enjoy freshly baked bread and a selection of homemade pastries. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a hospitality box is available to make your stay even more comfortable.
