The house features a warm and inviting living/dining room that includes a table with 6 chairs, a child's chair, a comfortable sofa, a cozy fireplace, a radio/CD player, a DVD player, Wifi, and a TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, an electric cooker with 4 cooking areas, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

In a separate room, you will find a washing machine.

All rooms in the house are furnished with wardrobes, pillows, and duvets:

- Room 1: A double bed (1.60m) with a private bathroom and toilet.
- Room 2: Another double bed (1.60m).
- Room 3: Two single beds.

There is an additional, separate bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The garden boasts a private swimming pool (4m x 8m, with a maximum depth of 1.80m) that is open from early May to late September. It is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.

There is ample parking space available for up to 3 cars.

Please note that pets are not allowed.
