Located in the heart of Sarthe, nestled between Le Mans and Tours and in close proximity to the enchanting Forest of Bercé, "La Thibaud" offers a serene and delightful haven for those seeking to immerse themselves in the rich culture and history of the surrounding area.Situated on the outskirts of the forest, "La Thibaud" grants easy access to numerous footpaths and the extensive hiking trail, GR36. Guests can indulge in relaxation within our expansive 12-acre property, delighting in leisurely strolls, invigorating bike rides, and even embarking on pony treks. Ample space is available for sunbathing, while a dedicated area for playing bowls ensures entertainment for all. Motor-home parking facilities are also provided.
The converted barn comprises a comfortable living room with two sofa beds, a bathroom complete with a shower and toilet, and a charming mezzanine bedroom furnished with a double bed, accommodating up to six individuals.

To reach your destination by car, take the A28 Rouen - Le Mans-Tours. Take Exit N° 25 and N° 26 Ecommoy Château du Loir / Le Lude.
Exit 25: After taking Exit 25, follow the signs for Lavernat. Drive through a 7 km forest and at the stop sign, turn left and cross the village. Keep going until you see an exit on the right. Take Route du Ponceau (V8 - Vaas) and continue for 3.5 km. Then, turn right and follow the paved road until you arrive at your destination.
Exit 26: After taking Exit 26, follow the signs for Lavernat. Before entering the village, take Route du Ponceau and follow the directions mentioned above.
