Description:

Description for B&B:

In the late 1800s, the development of the Canal du Midi and the introduction of the railway allowed for the transportation of Minervois wine. As a result, the vineyard owners experienced great prosperity and began constructing elegant chateaux and opulent mansions.

Our residence proudly preserves remnants of this notable era, boasting exquisite architectural elements. The wine cellar, known as the chai, served as a storage space for the precious wine, while the wine business itself was skillfully managed by a lineage of remarkable women.

Marguerite, the mother of the previous proprietor, played a significant role in this dynasty.
