The room is equipped with a double bed and can accommodate up to two people. There is a separate bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is designed in an old style and there is a private terrace with garden accessories and a barbecue. There is also a common garden with a swing and a sand vat.

The prices for the accommodation are as follows:

- June/September: From Saturday 16:00 to the following Saturday 10:00, the cost is 300 Euros for two people and 450 Euros for four people.
- Off-season: From Saturday 16:00 to the following Saturday 10:00, the cost is 230 Euros for two people and 345 Euros for four people.
- Weekend (Friday 18:00 to Sunday evening): The cost is 122 Euros for two people and 150 Euros for four people.
- Weekend relaxation (Friday 18:00 to Sunday evening): The cost is 152 Euros for two people and 182 Euros for four people.

Please note that a guarantee of 25% of the rental price is required, and we no longer accept pets.

Directions

Access to the Manoir de Grand Moulin in Condette, Nord Pas de Calais near Boulogne-sur-Mer can be reached using the following directions:

1. If coming from Paris Lille direction on A1:
- Take the fork on A26 towards Calais and exit at n°3 Boulogne on Sea with the toll of Saint Omer.
- Follow the RN42 towards Boulogne-sur-mer.

2. If coming from Paris Dunkirk-Lille direction on A16:
- Take exit n°28 Samer-Isques and follow the RN 1 towards Samer.
- At the first fire in Hesdin the abbot, turn right towards Hesdigneul-les-Boulogne (RD 240).
- At the first crossroads in Hesdigneul, turn right onto a secondary road (RD 52).
- Pass the level crossing and the station of Hesdigneul, and continue until you see the greenhouses of Hesdigneul on your right.
- The Manoir du Grand Moulin is the next entrance on the right before passing under the A16 motorway.

3. If coming from RN 42 St Omer Boulogne-sur-mer:
- After passing under the A16 motorway, take A16 Paris direction at the roundabout.
- Either take the first exit and turn left towards Saint Léonard - Saint Etienne-au-Mont.
- At the first fire, turn right towards Hardelot - Etaples - Touquet (RD940).
- At the second fire, you will see a bakery. Take the small street on the left and follow the Hesdigneul direction on the street Huret Lagache (RD 52).
- Continue straight until you pass under the bridge of the A16 motorway.
- The Manoir du Grand Moulin is the next entrance on the left before the greenhouses of Hesdigneul.
- Alternatively, you can also pass on the viaduct of Echinghen, pay the toll (~1 Euro), and take the first exit after the toll (n°28 Samer-Isques) to borrow the RN 1 towards Samer.
- Follow the same directions as mentioned above starting from the first fire in Hesdin the abbot.
