Welcome to Studio 23 m2 (220 ft2) in the safe and charming neighborhood of Paris 7. This area is perfect for evening strolls, as Paris truly shines at night.Enjoy unlimited high-speed internet, complimentary TV, and the convenience of two twin beds. Situated on the 7th floor with an elevator to the 6th, the studio offers a secure entrance with a digicode and a guardian.
This cozy space is ideal for two people and has been recently renovated. It features two windows, a kitchenette, and a shower.
Located near popular attractions such as Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, Alma Bridge, Bateaux Mouches, Rodin Museum, Orsay Museum, and Arts Premiers Museum, the studio is also surrounded by a bustling commercial district. Despite this lively setting, you can expect tranquility during your stay.
Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. The nightly rate is 90 euros with a minimum stay of five nights, and the monthly rate is 1750 euros.
