This private room measures 12 m² and features a comfortable 140 cm (double) bed. It is furnished with a bedside table, desk and chair, and a wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. The room overlooks the swimming pool and is equipped with a mosquito net on the window. Rest assured that the bedroom is exclusively yours, and we respect your privacy by not entering it for bed-making or cleaning purposes.

The villa is single-story and includes a swimming pool on a spacious 1200 m² plot of land, ensuring privacy as there are no overlooking neighbors. The property faces southeast, allowing for ample sunlight. Bed and bathroom linen are provided, and there is outdoor parking available, with the option of a closed garage. Internet connection is also available for your convenience.

You will be sharing the common areas with the owners (a couple). These shared spaces include a cozy living room and an open kitchen, fully equipped with a TV, dining table, chairs, American fridge, gas hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen amenities. The bathroom features a jet shower and a bathtub, while the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities. The swimming pool, which utilizes an electrolyzer system instead of chlorine, ensures water quality similar to that of the sea.
