The property boasts a spacious hall, complete with a cozy fireplace and comfortable armchairs. Guests can enjoy complimentary internet access, as well as a selection of games, books, magazines, and a video projector. Additionally, there is a large underground garage where guests can securely store and work on their bikes, skis, and other equipment.

Surrounded by sprawling grounds spanning 8000 square meters (approximately three acres), Villa du Parc offers breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. The property features a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi for guests to relax and unwind. There are also deck chairs and various seating areas, a barbecue for outdoor dining, and a playground for children. Conveniently located at the outskirts of Prades, home to the renowned Casals festival, the town center is just a ten-minute walk away. Guests can explore the numerous restaurants, cinemas, concerts, shops, and the weekly market at their leisure.

Thanks to Prades' exceptional location, guests can partake in their favorite holiday activities. Whether it's sunbathing at the beach within a mere forty-five minutes, hiking or skiing at altitudes surpassing two thousand meters (approximately seven thousand feet), or engaging in rock climbing, spelunking, canyoning, white-water kayaking, and paragliding, the possibilities are endless. Moreover, the Mediterranean climate allows for year-round enjoyment of these activities. Alternatively, guests can embark on a scenic journey aboard the "yellow train," a narrow gauge railway that traverses a picturesque valley and ascends to the high plateau of the nearby mountains.

For those interested in immersing themselves in the local culture, there are numerous attractions to explore. From visiting the fortresses designed by Vauban and the castles of the Catharists, to experiencing the artistry of Dali at his museum or house, and attending the prestigious Casals festival, or simply marveling at the beauty of the region's stunning abbeys, there is something for everyone.

The diversity of our region ensures an unforgettable vacation experience, guaranteeing memories that will last a lifetime.
