Today, it is home to several holiday apartments available for rent on a weekly or short-term basis, with the option of bed and breakfast. These apartments vary in size, comfortably accommodating two to four individuals.

The property boasts a spacious hall, complete with a cozy fireplace and comfortable armchairs. Guests can enjoy complimentary internet access, as well as a selection of games, books, magazines, and a video projector. Additionally, there is a large underground garage where guests can securely store and work on their bikes, skis, and other equipment.

Surrounded by sprawling grounds spanning 8000 square meters (approximately three acres), Villa du Parc offers breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. The property features a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi for guests to relax and unwind.
