We provide a continental buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a secure storage area for bikes, fishing gear, and skis. Additionally, we offer an airport shuttle service to Carcassonne and packed lunches for our guests.

Our accommodation includes two double bedrooms, one twin room, and one family room. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Other amenities include a flat screen satellite TV with a DVD slot, a hairdryer, a fan, and tea & coffee making facilities. We also provide memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton sheets, and bath towels. Guests have access to a communal fridge/freezer. Smoking is permitted within the grounds, but the rooms are non-smoking.

The nearest shops, bars, and restaurants are located 3km away. Within a little over an hour's drive, you can reach Mediterranean beaches and the entrance to Spain. A swimming lake and the Dinosaur Museum are within a half-hour drive. The nearest ski resort is just under an hour's drive away. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the 21 sites of the Cathar Country.

For sports enthusiasts, the Tour de France typically passes by our property, as it did on July 6th, 2013. The area is perfect for walkers, cyclists, fishermen, skiers, or anyone seeking a relaxing holiday close to the beach.

We offer a charming, fully furnished ground floor apartment for rent which comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy double bed and bunk bed, another bedroom with a luxurious super king size bed, and a spacious lounge/dining room that opens up to a lovely decked terrace through patio doors. The bathroom is equipped with a large jet shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, guests have shared access to a refreshing swimming pool.

Directions

To get to the property, start your journey from Quillan and follow the D117 road, which is also known as Boulevard Charles de Gaulle. Continue straight for approximately 3km until you reach Belvianes et Cavirac. From there, stay on the main road, heading towards Axat and Perpignan. The property you are looking for is located in front of Le Chalet restaurant.
