Guests also have access to a swimming pool, wireless internet, television, DVD player, and HIFI system.

The studio is situated close to the mountains, offering opportunities for fishing, hiking, and skiing (1 hour away). It is also near the sea, where guests can enjoy various water sports (15 km away), as well as the city of Grasse (5 km away). There are many golf courses in the vicinity, including the Club Med Opio, and a riding club and tennis courts are just 5 minutes away. Other nearby attractions include Saint Paul de Vence (18 km), Antibes (20 km), Cannes (16 km), and Nice (30 km). The nearest airport is Nice (25 km) and the train station is 2 km from Grasse.

Guests have the option to rent the studio or stay in a cottage for a few days. There is also the option of a guest room with a stocked fridge for babies. In addition, there is a heating stove, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, hot plate, fridge, and freezer. The studio also has a bathroom with a toilet.

Outside, there is a private terrace under an olive tree where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is parking available as well as a private way to access the studio. Guests also have access to a swimming pool.

For entertainment, there is wireless internet, a television, DVD player, and a HIFI system.
