Welcome to Les Marmottes, a charming lodging located in Ornon Village, 38520 ORNON. This spacious accommodation spans 60 square meters and is awarded two ears by the lodgings of France.With a capacity to accommodate 6 people, Les Marmottes offers two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (140cm) and an additional bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed (90cm). If needed, an extra bedroom can also be rented.
The lodging features a spacious living room of 20 square meters, equipped with a TV and VCR, which opens up to a small kitchen complete with a toaster, coffee maker, gas stove, and microwave. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a shared laundry room with a washer, dryer, and freezer.
Situated on the outskirts of the village, Les Marmottes is a character house that shares a terrace with the owner and another lodging, accommodating up to 5 people. For larger groups, it is possible to rent both lodgings together, allowing for a total capacity of 11 people at a discounted price of 10%, excluding the busy season.
The property boasts a spacious terrace of 150 square meters, complete with shading, a pool, garden furniture, a barbecue, and breathtaking views of the valley and Col d'Ornon. There is also a small field with swings located just 50 meters away.
Les Marmottes is located within the perimeter of the Parc des Ecrins, offering ample opportunities for outdoor activities. The Col d'Ornon ski station is only a 5-minute drive away, while Alpe d'Huez and Les 2 Alpes can be reached in 35 minutes and 45 minutes respectively. Fishing is available in the nearby valley with the required permit, and there are swimming pools located at a distance of 10km and 20km.

Gîte du RDC
Bernard et son épouse sont sympathiques et chaleureux. Environs magnifiques. Belles randos à faire. Produits locaux excellents : Bergerie de la Lignarre (fromages, viande...) à La Pallud. Bon séjour d'une semaine en avril. Le gîte du dessus est plus lumineux.
Directions
Before reaching Bourg d'Oisans, turn right and drive for 2 km. After that, continue driving for another 6 km until you see the hamlet "la Pallud". Drive for an additional 2 km and you will arrive at "Le Pont des Oulles. Make sure not to pass this bridge! Just 20 meters before the bridge, turn right and drive for 800 meters until you reach the hamlet "la Poyat. Keep going for 2 km and you will arrive at the parking area of Ornon. Park your car here temporarily and walk 30 meters down the alleyway. The house, with 7 velux on the roof, will be on the right side. Walk around the house and the landlords, Dominique and Bernard LEFEBVRE, will be there to welcome you.
