Welcome to Chez Providence Rooms and Table d'hôtes + Studio. We offer five beautiful bedrooms, perfect for couples, families, and groups, with private bathrooms. Additionally, we have a vacation studio available.Our charming establishment is situated in a picturesque and peaceful medieval village in the heart of the Montagne Noire in Cathar Country. Here, you can explore fascinating Cathar castles such as La Cité at Carcassonne, Lastours, Saissac, and Hautpoul, as well as preserved villages. If you prefer outdoor activities, you can enjoy hiking in the forests or swimming in the lakes of this serene and unspoiled region.
Our guest living/dining room opens up to a sunny terrace, offering a panoramic view of our tranquil and sunlit garden and the valley of the river Dure.
We provide free Wi-Fi, a courtesy tray, heating, and air conditioning. Breakfast is included in your stay.
For dinner, we offer the option of our table d'hôtes, available by prior reservation. Dinner is priced at 32 euros per person, with children under 12 years old at half price. On special occasions such as Christmas and New Year's Eve, we offer a dinner at 70 euros per person, with children under 12 years old at half price.
We also have a kitchenette available for your convenience, equipped with a fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, and sewing kit, allowing you to prepare snacks.
Our rooms can accommodate 2 to 4 additional beds per room at a rate of 22 euros per bed. We also provide one free cot for children under 3 years old, subject to room choice and availability.

- La Fleur de Lys: A suite with 2 bedrooms, ideal for couples, families, or friends. This suite offers a private bathroom and can accommodate 1 to 6 people in a 40m² space. The rate is 85 euros for 2 people.
- La Chambre du Château: A romantic and peaceful room with a shower room, lounge area with TV, and a sunny furnished private terrace. Suitable for 1 to 2 people in a 35m² space. The rate is 95 euros for 2 people.
- Le Studio du Château: A calm and romantic vacation studio with a lounge area, TV, shower room, and a private furnished sunny terrace. Suitable for 1 to 2 people in a 35m² space. The rate is 325 euros per week for 2 people and 1 baby.

Welcome to The Studio Chateau, a charming self-catering garden level accommodation perfect for 1 to 2 people (including 1 baby). This unique studio boasts a delightful blend of exposed stone walls, high ceilings, and a beautiful wooden floor.The studio offers a private and sunny terrace, complete with a table and chairs, providing a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Inside, you will find an open and spacious room that combines a comfortable bed area, a cozy lounge with a TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area.
To access the luxurious tiled shower room, you will ascend slate steps, where you will find a double sink, a mirror, and an indulgent large shower. Additionally, guests at The Studio Chateau have the privilege of enjoying the large communal sunny garden, shared with our B&B guests. This inviting space features sun beds, a table, and chairs for your ultimate comfort.
The Studio Chateau requires a minimum stay of 3 nights, with rates starting at 185 euros. For longer stays, we offer flexible pricing: 4 nights for 225 euros, 5 nights for 255 euros, 6 nights for 290 euros, and 7 nights for 325 euros. Each consecutive week is available for the special rate of 300 euros.

My wife and I recently stayed in the Chambre de Rose which was comfortable, well appointed and with good en-suite shower. Had optional dinner - good honest regional cuisine, beautifully cooked.

To reach our location, follow these travel directions: Our place is conveniently located just 20 minutes away from both Mazamet and Carcassonne airport. Simply take the D118 road and continue on this route until you reach Cuxac-Cabardès. Once you enter the village, head towards rue de la Poste and continue until you reach rue de la Piala. You will find us on the right-hand side at No. 9.
