This gîte is located on the first floor of a farmhouse built in 1792, situated in a peaceful rural village in the beautiful Valley of the Zorn. The accommodation includes Room1 with a double bed, Room2 with two single beds, a cozy living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, a shower room, and toilets. Linen is provided, and central heating is included. The beds will be made for you upon arrival. Outside, there is a closed courtyard, a green space, and a sheltered area with garden furniture and a BBQ. Guests can also enjoy playing Ping-Pong and there is a parking area. A telephone is available with a prepaid card from France Telecom, and internet access is possible. Additionally, the property includes a detached entry, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a television, and an enclosed area. The gîte is decorated in the charming style of Alsace and is set on a 2000 m² property with the main house, outbuildings, a large courtyard, a spacious lawn with an ornamental pond, and a garden. The cottage is conveniently located in the center of the farming village, with all amenities within a 3 km radius. The city of Strasbourg is easily accessible via the nearby motorway, at a distance of at least 30 km. Other nearby attractions include the towns of Saverne, 16 km away, and Haguenau, 14 km away. Strasbourg offers a wide range of museums, the famous cathedral, the charming "Little France" district, the European Parliament, and the renowned Christmas market "Christkindel Maricks" at the end of the year, among many other things to see and do. The region of Alsace has numerous sites to explore, such as the Maginot Line sites, the pottery towns of Soufflenheim and Betschdorf, and the castles of Ht Koenigsbourg and Fleckenstein, as well as many picturesque villages along the wine route. With so much to discover, you will surely be delighted by this beautiful region.

To reach the gîte, follow these revised travel directions:

Head onto the A4 autoroute and take exit 46. Upon exiting, turn left towards Schwindratzheim. As you enter the village, make a right onto the first street. Continue on this street, called the street of the church, for approximately 250 meters. The gîte will be on your right-hand side.
