Description for B&B:

Fréderique and Jacques were captivated by this charming 1950s architect designed house nestled in the heart of the picturesque Minervois region. Inspired by its beauty, they made the decision to transform it into a welcoming guest house.

Situated on the outskirts of a historic village in the upper Minervois, and in close proximity to the medieval city of Carcassonne, this house boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding fields adorned with vineyards, olive groves, and the majestic Alaric and Pyreneen mountains in the distance.

To ensure a comfortable stay, there are three individually climate-controlled bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. For those seeking a more romantic and unique experience, there is also the option to stay in "La bohème," a genuine Prague caravan.

Former art gallery owners, Fréderique and Jacques proudly display their collection of contemporary sculptures and artwork, which guests have the opportunity to admire and appreciate.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a magnificent magnolia tree, setting the tone for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The expansive park offers the perfect backdrop for leisurely walks beneath the towering cedar trees.

For a truly authentic dining experience, guests can indulge in a "table d'hôte" meal featuring delicious local delicacies such as foie gras, farm-raised poultry, and freshly caught trout, paired with the finest wines from the Minervois and Cabardès regions.

The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with distinct themes and can accommodate various group sizes. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning for ultimate comfort.

The "Clos du Moulin" provides a private parking area for guests' convenience. Bicycles are also available for guests to explore the serene countryside roads surrounding the village.

Breakfast is a delightful affair, with homemade pastries and jams served on the terrace or in the cozy veranda, starting at 8:30 am, allowing guests to begin their day with a delicious and satisfying meal.
