The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, recently modernized to include a fully equipped kitchen, a bright open living room with a large terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, and two air-conditioned rooms with luxurious comfort, each having their own bathroom. The original art deco elements, such as the preserved terrazzo floors, add character to the space. The materials used, contemporary decoration, and level of equipment ensure your comfort throughout the year.

The outdoor living space is carefully maintained and includes a hydrotherapy SPA, swimming pool, and boules court, all equipped with high-tech features to enhance your relaxation. Electric bicycles are also provided to easily explore the surrounding areas, including the Savoyard vineyard and the shores of the lakes of Saint-André or Le Bourget. During your stay, Alain and Pascal, the owners, have thoughtfully designed and provided facilities and attentions to ensure your comfort and relaxation.

This spacious guest apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to provide two rooms with luxurious comfort. The original elements, such as the beautiful terrazzo floors, have been preserved to pay homage to the house's signature art deco style. During your stay, you will be able to indulge in the amenities and special touches meticulously designed by Alain and Pascal, the owners, to ensure your utmost comfort and relaxation.

Situated on a private floor exclusively for guests, the apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen concept. The living room is a delightful and luminous space, equipped with a SmartTV, Chromcast, and Canal+ channels. You will also have access to a balcony-terrace facing the South-East, allowing you to soak up the sun.

The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed, complete with an ensuite bathroom and a separate toilet; and another bedroom with two twin beds, also accompanied by a bathroom and separate toilet. Both rooms are furnished with a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a desk.
