Each room is furnished with a comfortable 160 cm bed and features a spacious independent bathroom with a shower and toilet.On the second floor, you will discover the charming attic rooms of the house. The GARDEN SIDE room is equipped with two beds measuring 120 cm, while the COLONIAL room boasts a luxurious 160 cm bed. Both rooms offer private bathrooms with showers and toilets.
During your stay, you will have access to the pool, which is shared with the property owner.

The charming country cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It proudly holds a prestigious 3 épis GITE DE FRANCE rating.As you step inside, the ground floor opens up to a delightful open kitchen seamlessly flowing into the cozy living room and lounge area.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, with 2 of them featuring comfortable 140 cm beds, while the other room offers 2 beds measuring 120 cm each. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom, complete with either a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath.
Additionally, the cottage provides convenient amenities such as a laundry room and a secure enclosed courtyard. A lovely private garden is also available for guests to enjoy, shared with the property owner. Furthermore, you will have exclusive access to a secure swimming pool, belonging to the owner.

To make it easier for us to find our way, here are some revised travel directions:
From SAINTES via A10: take exit No. 35 and continue towards the island OLÉRON for about 15 km. Upon reaching NANCRAS, turn left at the traffic lights towards SAUJON - SABLONCEAUX. Drive through SABLONCEAUX and SAINT-ANDRE, and once outside the village, turn right at the old mill onto road BERTHEGILLE. Follow the signs towards the hamlet of BERTHEGILLE. The house is located at the western end of the town (with a slate sign).
