Come and experience the warm hospitality of Nina at her charming home located in TOURS, a town that is nestled between the city and the countryside. The house is conveniently situated near Place de la Liberté and Avenue de Grammont, just a few minutes away from bus and tram stops, the Town Hall, SNCF train station, Tourist Office, old Tours, and the vibrant Place Plumereau with its array of restaurants.

To ensure availability on your desired dates, please contact the owners directly. There is a cozy 12 m² bedroom on the ground floor, suitable for 1 or 2 people, featuring a window overlooking the courtyard. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed with an electric relax box spring measuring 2 x 80 x 200. Additionally, guests have access to a private bathroom with a shower, a separate WC located adjacent to the bedroom, and free electric heating throughout the house. Amenities include a ceiling fan, wardrobe, table, desk, chairs, and a flat-screen TV.

For larger groups, a second bedroom on the first floor can accommodate up to three people upon request. If needed, there is a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people available on the mezzanine next to the bedroom, with an additional charge per person per night.

Children aged 4 to 12 years old enjoy a half-price rate, while children under 4 stay for free (parents must provide a cot). A delicious French breakfast is included and served either in the dining room or on the terrace (weather permitting) from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The breakfast spread includes unlimited orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, croissants, buttered bread, rusks, and homemade jams.

We provide free parking in our courtyard for your cars and a garage for bicycle storage. The tourist tax is already included, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the house. Bed sheets, blankets, towels, and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Check-in time is between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., except on Sundays and public holidays when it is between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you anticipate arriving later, please inform us in advance. Kindly provide us with your estimated arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Access to your room is available at all times. On the morning of your departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning.

Please note that for health, hygiene, and allergy reasons, we are unable to accommodate pets. We kindly request that you respect the current sanitary conditions.

Reservations are accepted exclusively via mail or email. When making your reservation, please include your address and a telephone number for prompt communication if needed. Please be aware that no reservations will be confirmed over the phone without written confirmation (letter or email).

Payment for your stay can be made by bank check or cash (preferably) during your visit. To secure reservations for multiple nights, a 20% deposit of the total amount must be sent via check to Mrs. Nina THUREY, 4 impasse Saint Germain, 37000 TOURS, or through a bank transfer (IBAN number available upon request).

As we are not a commercial establishment, we regret that we are unable to accept credit cards or holiday vouchers. Only checks and cash are accepted as forms of payment."
