This house offers two gardens and two terraces, providing ample opportunities to bask in the sun throughout the day. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious Veranda with a picturesque view of the stunning garden, perfect for enjoying meals, unwinding, practicing yoga, or simply observing the birds. I will personally serve breakfast indoors each morning. The kitchen and living room are communal areas, while I have my own designated space on the first floor. Additionally, there is a cellar equipped with a washing machine, laundry facilities, and plenty of storage space for your belongings such as suitcases, surfboards, and bicycles.

Welcome to my house! I am thrilled to invite you to stay in a lovely double room that comes with its own bathroom and separate toilets, all conveniently located near your room.

For your relaxation and leisure, there is a cozy lounge adjacent to your bedroom, stocked with books and a connected TV. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the space.

The kitchen, veranda, and garden are communal areas, with my personal living space on the first floor. I would be delighted to meet you there, engage in conversation, and perhaps share a meal or a drink together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cupboards, and I have stocked some basic food items for your convenience upon arrival. Finding your way around and settling in will be a breeze.

I take pride in providing an organic and locally sourced breakfast, aiming to minimize waste by preparing everything myself.

In the living room, you will find a wide selection of books, family games, activities for writers, a hi-fi music system, and a connected TV.

Rest assured, there is internet connectivity throughout the entire house, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.

Directions

I reside on High Quimper, which is conveniently located near the train station. It is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from there. If I am free, I can pick you up at the train station.
If you plan to arrive by car, my residence is situated in the Ergue-Armel Area, towards the southeast. Please contact me via phone, and I will provide you with directions in case your GPS is not functioning.
