Location: The port of Paimpol is a quick 5-minute drive away, and the forest is just 50 million for various outdoor activities such as hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The beach and estuary Trieux are only 3 km away, and it takes just 10 minutes to reach the boat that will take you to the beautiful island of Bréhat. Additionally, Tréguier is a short 15-minute drive away, while the departmental park of the castle of Roche Jagu and the pink granite coast can be reached in 20 minutes.

There are many beaches in the area, including Paimpol, Loguivy, Brehec, and Ploubazlanec, as well as numerous attractions such as Beauport Abbey, the GR 34 hiking circuit, the groove Talbert, and remarkable gardens. If you wish to explore further, St Malo, Brest, and Rennes can be reached within 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The house is a recently built wooden frame construction and comes fully equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room of 35 m2 with a combined living and dining area, as well as an open kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a cloakroom and a separate toilet. From the large bay window in the living room, you can access a south-facing terrace of 20 m2 and a garden lawn surrounded by wooded hills. Additionally, the house offers amenities such as a computer, internet access via wifi and CPL outlet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed (140 cm), a large wardrobe, and a spacious desk. The second bedroom has a unique bed design with a "coin" (120 cm) and a single bed, as well as a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom on this floor, complete with a shower, sink, storage cabinets, and towels. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa bed and a baby bed available.

The house has a minimum stay of 2 nights during the off-season, and during the high summer season, full weeks are available from Saturday to Saturday. Water and electricity consumption are charged separately based on meter readings, with an average cost of around 20€ per week for 4 people.

Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome, as long as they are calm and clean. Please note that there are cats and horses in close proximity.

Welcome to our recently built timber frame house, fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance leading to a spacious living room of 35 m2, comprising a cozy living and dining area. The kitchen is open and connected to the dining area, and it comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a convenient cloakroom and a separate toilet on this floor.

The large bay window in the living room offers a beautiful view of the south-facing garden terrace, which spans 20 m2. The terrace is surrounded by a lovely lawn and picturesque wooded slopes, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Additionally, we provide a computer, internet access via wifi, and a CPL outlet for your convenience.

Moving upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed (140 cm), a spacious double wardrobe, and a large desk for any work-related tasks. The second bedroom offers a unique sleeping arrangement, with a "coin" bed (120 cm) and a single bed. It also includes a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, sink, ample storage space, and towels for your use.

For additional guests, we have a sofa bed and a baby bed available.

Please note that during the high summer season, we only accept full-week bookings from Saturday to Saturday. For the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
