With over 200m² of space spread across two levels, this independent section features a separate entrance that leads to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Seven generously sized bedrooms, each boasting its own private bathroom, ensure utmost comfort and relaxation. Upstairs, a grand living room awaits, while outside, a stunning covered terrace overlooks the park, complete with century-old trees and a refreshing aquatic pool - the perfect setting for a tranquil vacation. The park is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue for your enjoyment. Please note that the owners reside on the premises in a separate section, and the entrance to the property and access to the parking lot are shared. Due to the park's layout and walls, we kindly request that parents supervise young children. Additionally, please be aware that we have dogs and a cat, so we can only accommodate guests with compatible pets.
