Description:

Description for B&B:

Marie-Élisabeth and José, you have reserved three rooms in a tranquil and peaceful bed and breakfast in Caylar, located on the serene Larzac plateau.

Our house, which dates back to the 14th century, has been completely restored to its original caussenarde tradition. It sits below the magnificent Roc Castel, constructed using the same stones that were used for the castle itself.

We have meticulously preserved its authenticity, evident in the vaulted room (formerly a barn) and fireplace on the ground floor, which we have been gradually restoring over the years.

Bring your children to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy the multitude of outdoor activities available, such as numerous hiking trails and mountain biking routes.

Small pets may be accepted upon consultation.

We eagerly await your visit, whether it be for cultural exploration, gastronomic delights, sports activities, or simply a stopover on your journey through the southern Larzac plateau.

Your visit is highly appreciated and eagerly anticipated.

We guarantee a successful family vacation or a refreshing break for a night or two in our guest rooms in Caylar.

See you soon in the enchanting Caylar on the Larzac plateau!

Directions

To reach Le Caylar, you can take the A75 "La Méridienne" and exit at number 49, which leads directly to Le Caylar.

Our guest rooms are situated behind the square known as the "carved tree." The main entrance to our house, located at 46 rue de la Ville, requires accessing a narrow one-way lane. We suggest parking on the village square next to the carved tree.

Alternatively, you can enter through the "small entrance" at 41 rue du Quai, which is marked by a wrought iron gate and a door depicting a sun. Please note that the windows above this door do not belong to our establishment. There is a parking lot available where you can safely park your car.
