Situated near the scenic Tronçais forest, the charming and traditional "Grange" offers a delightful stay in a verdant park with its very own swimming pool. As our valued guests, we warmly welcome you with delectable cakes and a selection of hot or cold beverages. On the first floor, you'll find three serene and comfortable rooms, each adorned with unique decorations and featuring their own private bathrooms. Downstairs, there is a spacious living room equipped with a television, library, and stereo, where we serve delicious traditional French breakfasts. We provide all necessary information and materials in English regarding the must-see walks and attractions in the area. Additionally, we offer the convenience of borrowing our bicycles. Moreover, our Grange hosts ever-changing art exhibitions every three months, providing you with an opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant art scene.

Directions

To reach Ainay-le-Chateau from Montluçon, follow the D28 road. After passing the roundabout, continue for another 150m until you reach the village of Braize. If you are traveling from the A71 exit at St Amand-Montrond, the distance to Ainay-le-Chateau is approximately 17 kilometers. Alternatively, if you are coming from A71 Vallon en Sully, the distance is approximately 18 kilometers. Montluçon is located 45 kilometers away, while Bourges is 55 kilometers away. If you prefer, you can fly or take the TGV Euro tunnel to Paris and then continue your journey by train to St Amand-Montrond. From there, you have the option to rent a car or arrange for us to pick you up.
