Description:

Description for B&B:

Welcome to "Domaine Le Chec," our Chambres et Table d'Hôtes. Located on the border of the Gers and the Hautes-Pyrénées, near the towns of Trie-sur-Baïse and Castelnau Magnoac, we are delighted to offer three beautifully appointed guest rooms that exude character and charm. Housed in a charming old farmhouse dating back to the early twentieth century, we prioritize warmth and hospitality.

The house features a spacious sitting room adorned with an open fire, wooden floors, and oak beams, creating a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, there is a charming "salle à manger" where you can enjoy your meals. The farmhouse remains cool in the summer and warm in the winter, ensuring comfort throughout the year. Upstairs, you will find three tastefully decorated and generously sized bedrooms. Each double room boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom, varying in size and style.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast served in the dining room or, during the warmer months, on the terrace or in the covered summer kitchen. We warmly welcome dogs, and free wifi is available for our guests' convenience. Outside, you can explore our expansive 2.5-acre garden and take in the breathtaking views of the Gers valleys and the Pyrenees mountains.

"Domaine Le Chec" is conveniently situated about two and a half hours away from the sun-soaked Mediterranean beaches, two hours from the Atlantic coast with its renowned resorts like Biarritz and St. Jean-de-Luz, and less than an hour from the Spanish border and the picturesque Pyrenees mountains and ski resorts. For those seeking an active stay, there are ample opportunities for long walks, cycling tours, or even paragliding.

Of course, we must not forget the gastronomic delights of the region. The Gers is renowned for its duck, foie gras, and porc noir, while the vineyards of Madiran produce exceptional wines. We take pride in sharing these culinary treasures with our guests. Each evening, we invite you to join us at our guest table, where we serve a delectable four-course dinner featuring fresh, seasonal products sourced from our region, accompanied by our carefully curated selection of local wines.

We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to welcome you to "Domaine Le Chec."
