Welcome to our charming holiday rental in the heart of the picturesque Black Périgord region. With its rich gastronomy, stunning castles, fascinating prehistoric sites, and captivating museums, this area offers a truly unforgettable vacation experience.

Our independent house, located in the center of the historic village of Plazac, is the perfect base from which to explore all the treasures of the region. The house, boasting a traditional design, offers standard comfort for up to 4 people.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140cm), a bathroom with a shower and a wash-hand basin, as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find another charming bedroom with a double bed (140cm).

For your convenience, we provide a garage for bicycles and a small noncontiguous garden. Inside the house, amenities include a TV, a washing machine, a gazinière furnace, and a minifour.

In the village itself, you will find a bakery, a grocery store, and a bar, ensuring that all your daily needs are easily met. Additionally, just 2 km away, there is a leisure center with a 4-hectare lake, tennis courts, swimming pools, and more.

Our holiday rental is ideally situated near the most prestigious sites of the region. The famous Eyzies, home to the man of Cro-Magnon, is only 15 km away. The stunning Sarlat, the remarkable Cave of Lascaux in Montignac (12 km), and the beautiful valley of Vézère (5 km) are also within close proximity.
