Welcome to Maxime's House, a fully equipped accommodation perfect for family holidays. With two bedrooms, Maxime's House can comfortably sleep up to five people. Please note that we do not serve breakfast, but the house is equipped for all your needs, including babies and children.The house features a shared 11x5m swimming pool, which is also used by two other people. Additionally, there is a private outside space for guests, as well as a car park. Maxime's House is semi-detached from Sarah's house but completely independent. You can enjoy a large, quiet private terrace with garden furniture, shaded by a beautiful mélia tree.
Inside the house, you will find amenities such as an 82cm LCD TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and cooker. Ironing facilities are also available. The bathroom includes a bath and washbasin, with a toilet on the first floor. There is an additional separate toilet on the ground floor.
Please note that arrivals are expected between 5 and 7 P.M. The shared use swimming pool is open from May to the end of September, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is also a large 3000m2 garden that guests can enjoy.
Maxime's House is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of one week. The bedding includes a ground floor bed measuring 160X200, and three beds measuring 90X190 on the first floor.
Lastly, please note that the owners live on-site in a separate house within the property.

House 1 is a spacious 75 m2 vacation rental that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms, including one with a 160X200 bed and another with three 90X190 beds.During your stay, you will enjoy the convenience of having household linen provided, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
Available dates include:
- From July 2nd, 2022, to July 16th, 2022, at a rate of 230 per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- Occupied from July 16th, 2022, to July 19th, 2022.
- From July 19th, 2022, to July 23rd, 2022, at a rate of 230 per night, with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- Occupied from July 23rd, 2022, to September 7th, 2022.
- From September 7th, 2022, to October 1st, 2022, at a rate of 200 per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
To ensure the protection of the property, a refundable breakage deposit of 500 is required. Additionally, we kindly request that you leave the house clean upon departure. Alternatively, a final cleaning service is available for an additional fee of 100.
