The villa, called Maimona, is located in a peaceful environment and is classified as a 3-ear lodging by Gîtes de France. The gîte, named LA TINTAINE, is situated on the ground floor and offers 33 square meters of living space, along with a private terrace measuring 11 square meters. The gîte is equipped with high-quality amenities and also offers special spa rates.

Inside the gîte, you will find a bedroom with a comfortable 160x200 bed, complete with new, top-quality bedding, a 4-season duvet, and fresh pillows, all protected for cleanliness. The bedroom also features air conditioning, a large TV, a table with chairs, two armchairs, and a cupboard for storage.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, separate toilet, hairdryer, storage units, and a towel dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a combined oven and microwave, a large fridge/freezer combination, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a multifunction robot, and a ceramic hob. The kitchen is also stocked with all necessary utensils for cooking and cleaning, including a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board. An electric barbecue is also available for use.
