Description for B&B:

Located between Gard and Hérault and in close proximity to the charming medieval town of Sommières, the Gîte des Bois offers two separate cottages that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Nestled in a tranquil park filled with fragrant green oak trees and the scents of the garrigue, this stunning property features a swimming pool and provides a natural and relaxing environment just outside the village.

The "Bleuette" cottage is housed in a traditional dry stone mazet. It is air-conditioned, tastefully decorated, and offers a single-level layout without any overlooked views. You can enjoy its spacious terrace, which is fenced and overlooks the park. The cottage features an independent bedroom with a 160-sized bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and a well-equipped open kitchen (including a dishwasher, washing machine, and various small appliances). It also offers amenities such as air conditioning and internet access.

On the other hand, the Marion cottage is a single-story studio located under the shade of the oak trees. It is air-conditioned and features a large 160-sized bed, a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, a living room with a sofa (which can accommodate 2 additional guests), and a TV. The cottage also offers a pleasant bathroom with a washing machine and a spacious terrace overlooking the wooded area. Similar to the Bleuette cottage, it also includes amenities such as air conditioning and internet access.

Guests have access to the real swimming pool, the park, the barbecue area, and the boulodrome. Parking is available under the carport within the enclosed property. Pets are allowed with an additional fee. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and we will take care of the cleaning upon your departure.

As passionate locals, we welcome you with simplicity and warmth. Our accommodations are clean and cozy, ensuring that you will feel right at home. The Gîte des Bois is an ideal place to relax and explore the entire region. It is located just thirty minutes away from the beaches and the Camargue, along the route to the Cévennes and in close proximity to the peak of Saint-Loup.
