Come and experience the tranquility and charm of our beautiful countryside home in Lot-et-Garonne, located on the border of Perigord Agen. Explore the rich history of our region by visiting castles and houses, and indulge in the exquisite gastronomy with delicacies such as foie gras and wines like Duras and Buzet. Our spacious cottage can accommodate up to 11 people, and we also have an annex chalet that can accommodate 2 more guests. With a large terrace of 45m², it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Take a dip in our above ground wooden pool with panoramic views and a cozy lounge area. Our cottage is approved by CLESVACANCES with a 3cls rating for its exceptional environment and amenities. Enjoy the luxury of a hydro massage shower in the bathroom, and treat yourself to on-site "well-being" massages at an additional charge. During the season, our prices vary depending on the number of occupants. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the hiking and mountain biking opportunities nearby, or you can enjoy fishing, golf, tennis, and horseback riding just 2km away. Discover the beauty of the Lot, d'Aiguillon, and Cahors on the baize and the canal de Garonne. Don't miss the chance to taste our region's famous foie gras and wines, which can be sampled at the cellars of Buzet, Duras, Bergerac, and Saint Emilion. A visit to the castles and country houses of Périgord-Agenais is a must, as well as exploring the fascinating caves. Super gîte
Magnifique maison confortable avec vue sur la campagne. Très grande terrasse avec une immense table où on peut manger en famille. Lieu idéal pour un séjour de détente avec piscine privée. Très agréable séjour avec le chant des oiseaux. Super endroit pour découvrir les environs. L'hôte est très accueillante et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement ce gîte.
