Welcome to our villa in la Colle sur Loup, conveniently located just 3 kilometers from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and a short 17 kilometers from Nice and the airport. We are delighted to offer our guests three beautiful rooms on the garden floor. Each room features its own terrace, air conditioning, private bath or shower room with toilet, television with DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a small refrigerator. Our swimming pool and sun beds are available for our guests to enjoy, and we even have a jeu-de-boules field on the premises. Surrounding the property are breathtaking views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup. Despite our peaceful location, the village is only a few minutes away.

Start your day with a delightful French breakfast served in our charming dining room or, weather permitting, on one of our terraces. We offer secure parking in our closed garden.

Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, and during July and August, a minimum of 3 nights is required. Arrivals are welcome between 2:00 and 9:00 p.m., and departures should be scheduled between 08:00 and 10:30 a.m.

Please also note that our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 16, and we do not allow pets.
