This charming 25m² duplex studio cottage, suitable for 2 people, is situated within the renovated old bread oven of a historic winegrower's house. Combining the allure of the past with modern conveniences, this cottage has been awarded a 2-star classification by Atout France, as well as a 2-key Clévacances label and recognition as part of the "Valeurs natural regional park".

On the ground floor, you will discover a cozy living-dining area equipped with a TV and WiFi. Adjacent to this space is a kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, and multifunction microwave oven. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet can also be found on this floor.

Ascending via a secure miller's ladder, you will reach the bedroom located in the attic. Please note that this area may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, those who are tall, or claustrophobic. The bedroom features a bed measuring 180 x 200 or (2 x 90 x 200) based on your preference, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.

Guests have access to a spacious courtyard furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Furthermore, the property boasts a fully enclosed 40 ares area at the back, which includes a pétanque court, additional outdoor furniture, parking facilities, and a heated swimming pool (available during the appropriate season, excluding winter).

Nestled in a typical Lorraine village at the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, this accommodation guarantees a peaceful stay. Its central location within the Verdun, Metz, and Nancy triangle makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the region.

Within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers, you will find a variety of shops to cater to your needs. We are always available to assist you during your stay and can provide maps and informative materials to help you discover the beauty of our region.

Please note that our calendar on this site is regularly updated to reflect availability.

Weekly rentals range from 250 to 280 euros, with July and August bookings available exclusively on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Mid-week rentals (4 nights) are available for 180 euros, with arrival on either Monday or Tuesday. Weekend stays (2 nights) are priced at 130 euros.

A tourist tax of 0.99 euros per person over the age of 18 is applicable per day.

All-inclusive, the rental includes sheets and towels upon arrival (excluding swimming pool towels). Baby equipment can be provided upon request.

To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required.

For an additional fee of 40 euros, an optional end-of-stay cleaning package is available.

A security deposit of 200 euros is also required.

Please note that only the number of individuals declared at the time of booking will be permitted in the accommodation and its surrounding areas. The privatization of the premises, including the swimming pool, for parties or any other purpose is not permitted.

The bedroom features a bed that can be arranged as either 180 X 200 or (2 x 90 x 200) upon your request. The beds will be made prior to your arrival.
