- The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, kitchen utensils and equipment, as well as crockery and cutlery.
- On the first floor, there is an independent bedroom measuring 11m² featuring a double bed of 140 × 190, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack. Another independent bedroom measuring 15m² includes a double bed of 140 × 190, bedside tables, a storage cupboard, and a wardrobe.
- The shower room consists of a shower, sink, toilet, and a hair dryer.
- On the second floor, there is a spacious independent bedroom measuring 35m² with two single beds of 90 × 190, bedside tables, storage space, and a clothes rack. Additionally, there is a small living room with a table and sofa. A cot can also be provided if needed.
- The Gîte is equipped with Wi-Fi.
