The studio is well-equipped and includes a kitchenette with a table, folding table, cupboards, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric toaster, mixer, household vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and all necessary kitchenware.

There is a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed that accommodates 140, two stools, a lounge table, and TNT television. Internet access is available through the "wifi access visitors function - Service hotspot network orange."

A dining area with a table and six chairs, as well as cupboards, is provided. There is also a bar area with a shelf and bar. The bedroom features a 140-sized bed with beds made upon arrival, a night table with an electric alarm clock, and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower and sink, with the toilet located within the bathroom.

Pets are welcome in the studio at no additional cost. Outside, there is a garden area with furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Free parking is available in the courtyard in front of the studio.
