This fully equipped flat is situated in a historic XVIII century mansion in downtown Dijon. The ground-floor studio has been renovated with eco-friendly materials, including beautiful floor tiles and lime plaster walls.

Featuring a queen-size bed, high-speed WiFi, and a widescreen TV, the flat offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The en-suite lavatory is equipped with a spacious shower.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, and oven. Additionally, organic cotton towels and sheets are provided.

The flat can accommodate up to 2 people and is available for short or long-term stays. The rates for 2012 are as follows: 190€ for a 2-night stay, 570€ per week, and 1850€ per month. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Please note that "Amiral Roussin" is not pet-friendly and smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
