This charming timbered house is located in a peaceful small town street. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed for two people, while the second bedroom also offers a double bed for two people and an attached bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV area, and a telephone. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. The house is heated with electric heating, including both floor heating and convectors. Additionally, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. The closed terrace is easily accessible from the kitchen and offers a lovely garden with six garden chairs, a parking space, a barbecue area, a sandbox, and children's games.
