Marie-Pierre and Jean-Yves invite you to stay at their charming cottage, "The Dolphins," located in Matignon, Brittany (ref 3 stars). This fully renovated cottage can accommodate 2 to 5 people and is just 4 kms away from the beautiful seaside resort of St Cast le Guildo.

"The Dolphins" offers a comfortable stay with amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, TV, radio/CD player, DVD player, and TNT channels. The ground floor consists of a kitchen and a living room with a water closet. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with three single beds) and a bathroom with a water closet.

The cottage also features a fenced garden at the back with a private garden and terrace equipped with a shelter, garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a barbecue. There is ample parking space available in the front yard.

Within walking distance from the cottage, you can find various shops including supermarkets, bakeries, clothing and shoe stores, craft shops, and flower shops. There are also restaurants, including a creperie and a pizzeria, as well as tourist attractions nearby.

"The Dolphins" is the perfect base for exploring the charming city of Saint Cast le Guildo, which is known for its seven long sandy beaches, marina, and rocky cliffs. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the medieval town of Dinan or the corsair town of Saint Malo, both just a short drive away. Other attractions within a 20 km radius include Dinard, Cap Frehel, Erquy, Pleneuf, Lancieux, and Saint Jacut. If you have more time, you can even visit the famous Mont Saint Michel or the island of Brehat in about an hour.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, such as hiking on the GR34 trail (only 2.5 km away), golfing, horse riding, watching movies, dancing at a disco, trying your luck at the casino, participating in water sports, fishing, playing tennis, and mountain biking. You can also swim in the heated sea water of St Cast or visit the impressive Aquarium of Saint Malo (30 minutes away). For family fun, there is the Parc Cobac Lanhélin amusement park (45 minutes away), the pirate maze (20 minutes away), and the Boubansais zoo (45 minutes away).

"The Dolphins" is available for rent throughout the year, whether it's for a night, a weekend, or a full week. The rental rates for 2010 are as follows: €250 / week in March, April, October, November, and December; €310 / week in May, June, and September; €490 / week in July and August.

We accept reservations with a 25% deposit, and baby equipment (high chair, bath, and crib) is provided upon request. Dogs are also allowed with prior arrangement.
