The shelter is an independent accommodation located in a traditional farmhouse, situated in a peaceful village setting. It offers a separate living space from the owners' residence. On the ground floor, there is a dining room with an open kitchen, a cozy living room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an office/library area, and another bathroom with a toilet. The shelter also features a private terrace, a closed courtyard/garden, and a summer kitchen with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. There is ample parking space available on the premises. The shelter has been awarded 4 ears (the highest rating) by the Shelters of France association, and it is equipped with all necessary amenities including electric heating, a private washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric clothes dryer, a television, a DVD player, and a CD player. The interior is tastefully furnished with genuine antique furniture that has been lovingly restored, creating a unique and personalized atmosphere. The total area of the shelter is 85 square meters. Directions
To reach the farmhouse, take the north exit of the A9 freeway at Perpignan. Follow the signs for Le Barcarès and take the CLAIRA exit (n°5). Continue towards the village and upon reaching the traffic circle, you will find the farmhouse directly across from it.
