Description for B&B:

The Clos underwent a tasteful renovation in winter 2021, while maintaining its fine character and preserving its stunning features such as high ceilings, glass panelled doors, carved marble fireplaces, antique parquet floors, period cast iron radiators, and a magnificent spiral staircase.

On the ground floor, there are two lovely suites. The first floor offers a spacious lounge, a French billiard table, a library, and a beautiful bright breakfast room with a large terrace that overlooks the garden and the pool. On the second floor, there are two more suites.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10am, either in the breakfast room or, if the weather permits, on the terrace. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of local fresh breads and pastries, cheeses, gluten-free cereals, honey, fresh fruit juice, homemade jams, and fresh fruits to start their day.

Our four chic and elegant spacious suites, ranging from 45 to 50 sqm, are furnished in a refined French style. Each suite has its own unique atmosphere and offers all the amenities guests could wish for, including a separate sitting room, King or Queen beds, an en suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and double vanity unit, a separate toilet, free WIFI connection, and a flat-screen satellite TV.

Nestled in a lush garden, in the heart of Bergerac's town center, a city of art and history in the renowned Dordogne region, the Clos d'Argenson exudes the charm of a privately-owned home. Its superb location allows for easy access to Bordeaux, St Emilion, Sarlat, and Perigueux, making it an ideal choice for combining sightseeing, leisure, and relaxation.
