With the capacity to accommodate 12 people plus 3 young children (with adapted beds), this property offers 5 rooms and a mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2. Although attached to a renovated convent, the cottage is completely independent with a beautiful garden of 2500 m2. Situated in the village center with convenient access to shops, the cottage provides a peaceful and comfortable retreat. Equipped with modern appliances, this well-appointed cottage is ideal for a relaxing getaway.

This impressive 3-star lodging is highly regarded by the Prefecture and is conveniently located near major attractions. The highway to Lannion is only 1 km away (22 km), while the stunning beaches of Perros-Guirec are just 25 km away. Guingamp is also easily accessible at 13 km, as well as the charming town of Bégard, which offers a water park just 4 km away.

The weekly rates in Euros are as follows:
- July/August: 990
- May/June/September: 790
- The rest of the year: 690

Please note that the official capacity of the house is 10 people (beds), but can accommodate up to 12 people with the use of the sofa bed. Beyond 12 people, there is a possibility of 3 additional beds on mattresses on the floor, available for free. However, those using these mattresses must provide their own sheets (or sleeping bag) and towels. The maximum capacity of the house can in no case exceed 15 people. For groups of 12 to 15 people, an additional charge of 8 euros per person per day will be added to the weekly price, along with a reservation deposit of 30% of the stay.

There is also a local tax of 0.50 euros per person (13 years and older) per day, applicable from 1st to September 30th.

Prices include bed linen and bathroom towels.

Outside of school holidays, the host is pleased to welcome guests for weekend or short stays. A 2-night weekend stay for 12 people is available for 410 euros, with an additional night priced at 175 euros.

To get to Pédernec, travel 12 km from Guingamp towards Lannion. Once you arrive, you will find the cottage in the town center.
