Experience the perfect blend of history and modernity during your stay at our remarkable Villa. Situated on the grounds of a former rum distillery, our single-story Villa offers a unique ambiance that combines the charm of the past with contemporary comforts. Nestled on a 2500 m2 plot, our property features a refreshing swimming pool and convenient private parking, all just 500m away from the picturesque St. Felix fishing port and beach. Ideally positioned between Saint Anne and the renowned Gullet, our Villa is also in close proximity to various amenities, such as grocery stores, bakeries, pizzerias, laundries, restaurants, and bars, all just a minute's walk away.

Choose from our three spacious and comfortable rooms, each furnished with a double bed. The Iguana, Calabash, and Mill rooms boast premium bedding and ensuite bathrooms. The Iguana room even offers a private toilet and direct access to the lush garden and inviting pool area. To enhance your experience, we are delighted to offer plane rides and boat trips, as well as arrange vehicle rentals and airport transfers.

Indulge in our optional convivial dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, priced at $15 per person, which includes a complimentary aperitif by the pool (wine not included). Upon your arrival, we will warmly welcome you with a refreshing drink and a delightful snack. Please note that all rooms and public areas are designated as non-smoking spaces.

Start your day with a hearty American breakfast, which is included in your stay. Additionally, we offer packed picnic baskets for lunch, accommodating groups of one to six people.

Directions

To get to the villa from the airport, follow the road towards Saint Anne. At the second roundabout, take a left turn towards Bellevue. After 50 meters, make a right turn onto impasse of the distillery. The villa is located at the end of the impasse, specifically at No. 4.
