The property is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the village, accessible through a private path from the estate. It is an ideal choice for families, couples, and cycling or biking groups. The estate spans an impressive 5000m2 of secluded land, providing privacy and serenity. Despite its secluded location, a short stroll will lead you to a variety of dining options, including over a dozen restaurants catering to all budgets. Additionally, the village offers an array of amenities such as bars, shopping, circus performances, arts and crafts fairs, sporting events, and concerts throughout the year.

Each area of the estate offers breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux, the largest mountain in the region, making it a paradise for cyclists and hikers.
