This spacious and bright house is located in a tranquil and peaceful village, with very little traffic due to its cul de sac location, making it ideal for families with children. Situated just 6 km away from the A75 motorway, the house offers easy access to transportation routes. With its large windows, the house boasts an unobstructed view of the magnificent rock of Peyre. The living area is generous, including a 35 m² room with a large television. The house features three spacious bedrooms, two of which are on the same level and measure 17.5 m², while the third bedroom is 22 m². One bathroom includes a bathtub, while the other has a shower. The modern and well-equipped kitchen, recently renovated, offers a double fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and even a television. Outside, there are several delightful spaces to enjoy. The closed northern area provides a cool spot for summer meals, while the southern balcony is perfect for relaxing or having breakfast in the morning. The southern terrain offers a large trampoline and shaded trees, and the western exterior features a round table and wooden benches. Additionally, there are two indoor garages.
