This delightful cottage is set amidst a spacious garden adorned with beautiful flowers and trees, spanning 4000 m². It boasts a charming children's playground and a shaded area for playing boules. Upon entering the cottage, you will be greeted by a covered terrace measuring 50 m², complete with a garden and a large dining table for enjoying meals al fresco, as well as a barbecue.

The entrance leads to a grand vestibule, which provides access to the dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, teapot, coffee maker, toaster, raclette grill, blender, and more. The living room, designed in an airy cathedral style, offers comfortable seating, a television, and a DVD player. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a spacious 1.60 x 2 m bed, a bathroom with double washbasins and a walk-in shower, equipped with complimentary toiletries, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet with a washbasin.

To access the upper level, there is a spiral staircase leading to a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2 m bed, which can be separated if needed, and a baby cot. There is also another bedroom with three 0.90 x 2 m beds. Furthermore, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. From the mezzanine, overlooking the living room, there is a small desk and a comfortable chaise lounge.

Bed sheets, towels, and beds are all prepared for your convenience. Electric heating is included in the rental price. A cleaning deposit of 70 euros is required. Bicycles are available upon request, and amenities such as a high chair, changing mat, wooden crib, and baby bath can be provided. We are happy to offer advice and provide tourist information, as well as exclusive access to discounted rates at various local attractions. Additionally, there is the opportunity to partake in wine tastings of Touraine, hosted by our winemaker friends.

Directions

Directions from Paris: Take the A10 motorway towards Blois, then follow the signs for Vierzon-Romorantin. Once you pass the Loire, turn right towards Montrichard. Continue following the signs for Montrichard, Loches, and Faverolles sur Cher. Cross the Cher river and at the second roundabout, go straight for 200m, then take a left towards St Aignan and St Julien de Chedon. Take the first right and follow our signs.

Directions from Vierzon: If you are coming from Vierzon, take the A85 and exit at Noyers-sur-Cher. From there, take the N76 road. Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Angé or St Julien de Chedon. Follow the signs for St Julien.

Directions from Tours: If you are coming from Tours, take the A85 and exit at Sublaines or Bléré. From there, follow the signs for Vierzon. Alternatively, you can take the D976 and exit at Montrichard or St Julien. At the roundabout, follow the signs for Loches. After 200m, take a left behind the CARREFOUR MARKET supermarket towards St Aignan and St Julien. Then, take the first right and follow our arrows.

Directions from Loches: If you are coming from Loches, follow the signs for Montrichard. Just before the shopping center, turn right towards St Aignan and St Julien de Chedon. Then, take the first right and follow our signs.
