Located in the peaceful hamlet of St Pardoux, just a stone's throw away from the Tour d'Auvergne and its convenient amenities (such as a mini market, bakery, butcher, tobacco/newspaper shop, bars, restaurants, garage/service station, medical office, pharmacy, bank, and local producers of cold cuts and cheeses), this charming 84 m² house is available for weekly rental. Situated at an altitude of 1100m, the house offers breathtaking views of the church, as well as the Cantal and Sancy mountains.

Nearby, guests can enjoy various activities and attractions including a swimming lake (only 600m away and classified with a Blue Flag), alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and even dog sledding at LA STELE (5 min), CHASTREIX SANCY (10 min), MONT DORE (25 min), and SUPER BESSE (30 min). For those seeking relaxation, there are also spas available at LA BOURBOULE (15 min) and MONT DORE (20 min). Additionally, the area offers a multitude of hiking trails, waterfalls, lakes, and more.

The ground floor of the house features a spacious living room with a large table, benches, and chairs, as well as a cantou with cupboards and a wardrobe for storing jackets and ski suits. There is also a dedicated space to store skis. The living room is equipped with a 92cm LCD TV, a convertible corner sofa (which can serve as an extra bed for 2 people), a bench seat, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 200L fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, and ample storage space. Crockery is provided. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a washbasin on a cupboard with 2 drawers and a shower, as well as a separate toilet.

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a 140x190 cm bed in each, and another bedroom with 2 beds measuring 90x190 cm (mattresses, pillows, and duvets are provided - bed linen is not). Each bedroom has its own wardrobe, and there is also a separate toilet.

The chalet is non-smoking and pets are allowed, subject to certain conditions.

The rental prices are as follows:
- High season: 550 Euro(s) per week. This includes Christmas, February/March (school holidays), and July/August (school holidays).
- Mid season: 450 Euro(s) per week. This includes May/June and September.
- Low season: 350 Euro(s) per week. This applies to the rest of the year.
- Weekend stays of 2 nights or more (outside of the peak season) are available for 250 Euro(s).
- A spa package is also available for 800 Euro(s) for a duration of 3 weeks.
- Tourist tax is 0.7 Euro per person per day, with children under 18 being exempt.
