Welcome to the beautiful one-hectare area in Bruille Saint Amand, where you will find the Le Spartiate cottage. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living room that houses a magnificent kitchen, complete with a beautiful piano and wood stove for cozy winter heating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with two large wooden tables and benches, perfect for hosting seminars or private events. Additionally, there is a lounge area where you can unwind and take in the breathtaking landscape.Connected to the main living area is a meeting room, ideal for up to 16 people. This versatile space can also accommodate larger groups for your private events (please note that a minimum rental of 20 people and a maximum of 45 people apply for weddings).
On the other side of the cottage, you will find four rooms, each equipped with four single beds featuring high-quality mattresses. Each room also has its own bathroom, and there are four toilets available throughout the cottage. Outside, a spacious terrace awaits, providing the perfect spot to bask in the sun while enjoying the garden furniture.
The cottage provides crockery for up to 20 people. If your group exceeds 20 people but falls within the 45-person limit, there is an additional fee of 190 for the use of the meeting room in conjunction with the cottage rental. Finally, a final cleaning service is available starting from 75 .
Conveniently, the village offers a range of shops, including a bakery, butcher, newsagent, tobacco shop, and pharmacy.

Travel directions from Lille to Spartiate, 1 rue des chorettes, 59199 Bruille Saint Amand:
To begin, head towards Valenciennes.
Take the exit number 4 for Saint-Amand Thermal. In case the exit is closed, proceed to the next exit, number 6, go under the highway, and take the exit for Saint Amand waters.
After exiting at number 4, turn left. At the fork, take the right turn, passing a railway track and a stop.
Turn right.
At the roundabout, take the third road towards Condé sur Escaut.
You will come across a series of roundabouts, passing by Leclerc and The Pasino.
At the large roundabout, take the first exit towards Condé Sur Escaut and Bruille Saint Amand on the right side. If you reach the roundabout with the water bottle of Saint-Amand, you have gone too far. Turn around and go back, then turn left.
Continue on the road towards Condé sur Escaut for approximately 4 kilometers before reaching Bruille Saint Amand.
Once you see the sign for Saint Amand Bruille, take the second right, indicated by a sign for The Spartiate. This road is located near the town hall and has a bend.
You will then arrive at Odomez.
At this point, take the second right when you reach a small square. If you end up going back into the forest, you have gone too far.
Continue on the street until you reach the almost end, and you will see the Spartiate cottage below on your right.
