Nous avons séjourné à l'Atlantic villa cet été. La maison est moderne, les chambres sont impeccables. La déco est simple et contemporaine. L'endroit est calme (au bout d'une impasse verdoyante). on peut aller en ville ou au port à pieds. La piscine est plutôt grande pour des chambres d'hotes, les enfants qui avaient accès aux portiques, trampoline...se sont bien occupés L. Les petits déjeuners sont suffisants et variés. Notre sejour a été plus qu'agréable et les propriétaires sont sympathiques et donnent de bons conseils pour les restaurants, les visites, les vins. Adresse à retenir.
Décevant
Un séjour agréable malgré un accueil peu chaleureux. Nous sommes arrivés vers 13 heures. Personne... Nous sommes revenus à 15 heures: toujours personne... A 17 heures, enfin, nous sommes accueillis. Aucune précision sur l'heure d'arrivée dans l'échange de mails qui a précédé notre venue.
L'accueil était plutôt glacial. L'impression de gêner, quand on paie 70€ la nuit, c'est un petit peu embêtant. Oreillers et couettes en plumes, en cas d'allergies, ça pose problèmes surtout quand les propriétaires n'ont rien pour remplacer. (nous avons dormi pendant 3 jours avec un seul oreiller et sans couette)
Un petit déjeuner très moyen (hormis les viennoiseries, c'était bien industriel). On est très loin de valoriser les produits régionaux à Atlantic Villa.
La piscine, très sympa par contre si on oublie le fait qu'elle "ferme" à 18 heures. Pas de possibilités de se baigner plus tard.
La chambre était très propre, rien à redire. Le mobilier plutôt sympa si on aime IKEA :-)
Pour conclure, un vrai manque de convivialité. Les inconvénients de l'hôtel et ceux de la chambre d'hôte réunis.

Directions
To reach Carcan Hourtin from Paris, follow these travel directions: Head in the direction of Bordeaux on the A10. Once you reach Bordeaux, take junction no 8 towards Lacanau. Look for the signs indicating Carcan Hourtin and follow them accordingly.
