Our cottage is ideally situated on the Peninsula island of Port-Anna SENE, close to the medieval city of Vannes and the famous dolmens of Carnac. It is also conveniently located between the peninsulas of Quiberon and Port Navalo, Port-Crouesty, and offers stunning views of the islands Belle Isle, Houat, and Hedic.

The lodging itself is a spacious 70m² apartment on the second floor of Villa Douar Nevez. It features a separate entrance and a lovely terrace on the ground floor, spanning 17m². The surrounding area is peaceful, with a charming garden and secure parking on a 400m² plot. Guests also have access to shared amenities such as a barbecue, spa, and garden furniture. Additionally, all necessary shops and amenities can be found in SENE.

SENE itself is a delightful coastal village with a small fishing port, perfect for sea fishing and leisurely beach days. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby bird sanctuary and opportunities for swimming, boating, angling, tennis, horseback riding, water sports, and visiting the local equestrian center. For those looking to explore the area, SENE offers excellent hiking and biking trails, as well as opportunities for sea kayaking.

Our rates for a week's stay are as follows:
- Gite 50m² for 2 people: 318 to 480 euros.
- Gite 70m² for 4 people: 393 to 567 euros.
From September to June, take advantage of our discounted prices during the medium and low seasons.

Directions

To reach your destination, start from VANNES and head towards SENE. Avoid the center of SENE by following the signs towards Port-Anna. At the "Morboul" crossroad, take the second exit towards "Gorneveze". Look for n°38 where you will see a sign pointing towards "Morbihan Gîtes."
