Located ideally in the heart of the region, our B&B, "La Maison Lutz," is surrounded by the three most important cities in the area - Toulouse, Montauban, and Albi. To the north of our establishment, you can explore the lush foothills of the Tarn river, perfect for hiking, cycling, or motorbiking. Discover charming villages, vineyards, and marvel at the beautiful sunflower fields in July. Just a short distance away, you will find two vineyards - "Fronton" and "Gaillac."
To the south, we are a mere 1 km from the Tarn river, where you can enjoy leisurely walks along the riverbank, fishing, swimming, or canoeing.

The Lutz house is located at 14 rue de la Croix Blanche, 31340 Bondigoux. It is situated 27 km from Toulouse, at the intersection of D22 and D61, in front of the Otoulousain grocery store-restaurant. The GPS coordinates are Latitude: 43.8359273 and Longitude: 1.542163.
To reach the Lutz house by car from Toulouse or Montauban, take exit 11 on the A62 highway. Follow the signs for Cepet/Villemur-sur-Tarn. Once in Villemur, cross the suspension bridge and continue following the Tarn river for 4 km.
If you are coming from Toulouse or Albi on the A68, take exit 4. Then, take the D22 and join the road towards Bessieres, heading to Villemur-sur-Tarn. Cross the bridge over the Tarn river and follow the signs for Bondigoux/Layrac (D22a).
If you prefer to travel by train, you can arrive at the Montauban Villebourbon (82), Toulouse (31), Saint-Sulpice (81), or Montastruc la Advisor (31) stations. There is also a possibility of taking a shuttle service at an additional cost.
For those arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Toulouse Blagnac (31). There is a possibility of taking a shuttle service at an additional cost.
