Appréciations pour L'Aquarelle en Champagne, Ervy-le-Chatel:

Un bijou
Review by: Kathy and John Mayne, Sep 2 2021 7:25AM
This is a beautifully located B+B in an attractive small town. Isabelle and Stuart are very welcoming and friendly. After spending a night here we felt relaxed and refreshed especially after breakfast in the garden with a superb view over the countryside. We highly recommend this property to everyone.
Home away from home
Review by: Femke Blok (and Elant), Avr 3 2018 5:20PM
We had the most wonderful easter weekend at maison l'aquarelle en champagne. We stayed in a lovely decorated room with the most amazing view. Each morning an excessive breakfast was served with homemade jams and local cheeses, furthermore we had the luck of dining with the hosts for a night (if you have the opportunity we can highly recommend to dine at the maison). Isabelle and Stewart have welcomed us in a genuine sincere way in to their home and were very helpfull at all times, such as when my boyfriend fell in the river, the only downside of the weekend. ;) In short, a home away from home, we hope to be back one day.
Vaut le détour

Warm welcome, perfect rooms, delicious breakfast and - if Isabelle finds the time - superb dinner. Perfect spot to stay for discovering the nearby (Champagne) area. Certainly beats any of the hotels.
Wonderful!

Thank you Isabelle for the wonderful four days we have just spent at L'Aquarelle. Everything it promised in terms of accommodation, food and location was realized and more. We and our friends could not have had a more enjoyable and relaxing time. We certainly hope to return in the not too distant future.Thank you also to your daughter Gaelle for so willingly and charmingly looking after us one evening.
