The property features an enclosed garden with a terrace, garden area, and a barbecue for outdoor enjoyment.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 16 m² kitchen equipped with 2 sinks with a drainer, a 12-place dishwasher, a 5-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven and microwave, a coffee maker, and a wide range of other utensils. Additionally, there is a convenient caboose area with a washing machine and dryer, storage shelves, an ironing board, and a steam iron.
The cottage boasts a generous living and dining area of 60 m², complete with a color TV and DVD player. The cozy living space features comfortable leather seating, while the dining area offers a large table that can accommodate between 10 to 12 people.
The cottage's interior includes epoxy flooring on the upper level, adding a modern touch to the overall design.
