Situated on a serene farmland property, it is accessible via a small dead-end drive, only 200 m away from both a cow farm and the owners' house.

This sunlit farmhouse is surrounded by rolling meadows and lush woods, creating a picturesque and tranquil setting. The expansive garden spans 2000 m2 and is securely enclosed with sheep wire net and wooden bars, ensuring privacy and safety.

With a total living area of 115 m2, all on one level, this farmhouse offers comfortable and spacious accommodations. The living room, boasting exposed stone walls and beautiful beam ceilings, measures 38 m2 and features a sofa bed for two people as well as a traditional fireplace known as a "cantou".

The farmhouse also includes a 14 m2 double room with two 80cm beds, a 27 m2 kitchen and dining room, a 13 m2 double room with a 140 cm bed, a 10 m2 double room with two 80cm beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and basin, a shower room with a shower and basin, a corridor, and a separate toilet.

Directions

To travel from Paris to Toulouse, take the A20 highway. At Exit 45 (TULLE - VIGEOIS), take the D3 road towards VIGEOIS, following the signs for the tourist road known as the "circuit de la vallée de la Vézère." Continue on the D3 road for approximately 8 km towards OBJAT. Once you reach the hamlet called "LES FOMBIARDES," continue for another 500 m and then take a right onto the road indicated as "LES CHAISES BASSES." The Gîte is located 500 m further on the left.
